As an Individual Contributor, this role leads strategic compensation analyses and contributes to the development of enterprise-wide HR programs. The position serves as a subject matter expert and supports cross-functional initiatives to enhance compensation practices.
• Compensation Analyst I- Maintains compensation data accuracy and assists with routine operational tasks; provides entry-level support to PS and Business Unit leaders. • Compensation Analyst II- Performs independent compensation analyses to guide compensation decisions; contributes to program development and ensures alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness. • Compensation Senior Analyst- Leads strategic compensation analyses and contributes to enterprise-wide HR program development; serves as a subject matter expert and supports cross-functional initiatives to enhance compensation practices. • Compensation Consultant- Provides strategic compensation consulting, influences enterprise-wide HR practices, and advises senior leaders; drives initiatives that shape the organization’s compensation philosophy and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree. • Compensation Analyst I-Minimum 1 year of experience in compensation or related work. • Compensation Analyst II-Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or related work. • Compensation Senior Analyst-Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation or related work. • Compensation Consultant-Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation or related work • Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, communication, cross-functional collaboration, consultation, customer experience, decision making & judgement, laws & regulations, program planning, statistical analysis, and technology literacy. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and build relationship across departments. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
