• Sound knowledge of Basic Accounts and Finance • Sound knowledge of O2C Cycle –Accounts Receivables and Cash Applications • Understanding of Insurance Products and Insurance Finance • Excellent understanding of UK Insurance domain including Bureau and Non-Bureau Market
The primary responsibilities of this role include –
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures • Manage Cash Application - Validations and execution of transactions with accuracy and timeliness • QC - Review of transactions with accuracy and timeliness to share structured and timely feedback to team members • Reporting – Reporting of day-to-day transactions and activities / weekly team performance and month end deliverables • Thorough understanding of Insurance documents for query resolution • Handling month end closing activities for Account Receivables • Analysis of Unapplied/Unallocated Cash – Research and Analysis of aged unmatched transactions • Analyze and research on open queries assigned as per designated portfolio • External and Internal Stakeholder management • Ensure the assigned task completion in accordance with the SLA and company standards
• Commerce Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience [Insurance Domain + BPO] • 3+ years of prior experience in OTC and exceptions handling will be an added advantage • Good communication & business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments/stakeholders • Create a high performing culture; planning, organizing and prioritizing all work activities to achieve department and team goals and objectives • Managing client expectation on key deliverable • Highly adaptable and flexible • Excellent writing and verbal communication
