The Opportunity

We’re proud to offer a dedicated Operations Management Apprenticeship pathway, designed to support people from all backgrounds into operational leadership within an industry that plays a vital role in the UK’s infrastructure, construction and manufacturing sectors.

This unique programme gives you the opportunity to explore an exciting career pathway into Management (site operations), helping you build a broad skillset and discover where your strengths and interests lie.

You’ll gain hands-on experience on site, supported by experienced managers and engineers who will guide your development every step of the way.

Whether you’re interested in how sites operate or how we build strong customer relationships and win business, this programme is designed to give you exposure, confidence and real career direction.

What You’ll Be DoingOperational & Management ExperienceLearning how our sites run day-to-day, from production through to delivery

Supporting operational teams and understanding how we maintain safety, quality and efficiency

Shadowing managers and developing the confidence to coordinate work and supervise activities

Gaining hands-on experience in a practical, fast-paced environment
