Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: Strong, visible people leader who role models, cares, connects and coaches to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives.A strong record of delivering AI, machine-learning or data-intensive solutions into production in an enterprise environment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Foundry, Copilot and the wider Azure AI stack, with the technical depth to set standards and assure quality.Experience establishing engineering and operational standards, reusable patterns and consistent ways of working across multiple teams.A strong understanding of the end-to-end AI, software and data lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, live service and continual improvement.Clear communication and influencing skills, with the ability to connect technical and non-technical audiences at every level. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of AI Engineers and AI Platform & Operations Engineers.Deliver AI solutions from proof of concept into production, primarily using Microsoft AI capabilities and related technologies.Work closely with the AI Lead and colleagues across architecture, security, risk, data and platform teams.Balance pace with control and ensure our AI estate operates within risk appetite and to consistently high professional standards.Preserve and elevate our inclusive culture through authentic role modelling of our behaviours.Drive high performance by coaching and nurturing talent.
