Salary: £52,000 - 52,000 per year
Requirements: Fully certified CCNP is necessary.Around 5+ years of recent network / infrastructure engineering experience.Strong Windows Server and Active Directory experience.Good firewall knowledge.Experience working with Azure.Broad enterprise infrastructure experience.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Comfortable remaining technically hands-on.Full driving licence.A current CCNP qualification would be beneficial, although recent practical Cisco experience is more important than certification alone. Responsibilities: Support and maintain our Cisco network infrastructure.Provide 3rd line support across server and network environments.Work with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi technologies, IP telephony systems, firewalls, and systems architecture.Support Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 / Azure, backup technologies, and Active Directory.Support Windows Server and Active Directory technologies.Support Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.Manage and troubleshoot firewalls and wider network security technologies.Support backup, recovery, and core infrastructure services.Investigate incidents and complete root-cause analysis.Assist with infrastructure upgrades, projects, and continuous improvement activity.Work closely with wider IT teams and third-party suppliers where required.
