Salary: £40,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Experience working as a Business Analyst on technology or system-based projectsAbility to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirementsExperience facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders to capture requirementsExperience using Microsoft ExcelExperience working across the full project lifecycle, from initial idea through to delivery Responsibilities: Lead the understanding of business needs as initiatives enter the programme, defining initial project scope and clearly articulating the supporting business caseTake ownership of the Business Analysis approach across a major programme of work, ensuring consistency and quality of deliveryDefine and implement Business Analysis methodologies and standards at programme levelMaintain an end-to-end view across the programme, ensuring alignment and adherence to best practiceProvide support and direction to Business Analysts, ensuring delivery expectations are met and issues are resolved in a timely mannerRepresent the Business Analysis function at programme-level stakeholder meetingsWork closely with the Senior Business Analyst / Capability Lead, escalating risks and issues and seeking guidance where appropriatePrioritise Business Analysis activities and deliverables, ensuring clear communication across project teams Technologies: ExcelSupport More:
