Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering software products, platform capabilities, APIs or shared services.Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritisation and product discovery.Demonstrable ability to translate complex and evolving requirements into clear product outcomes and strategic direction.A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, drives outcomes independently and is comfortable operating with high levels of autonomy.Comfortable working within a highly matrixed organisation, building alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders without relying on direct authority.Demonstrable ability to operate effectively in environments with significant ambiguity, competing priorities and evolving requirements.Ability to apply ruthless prioritisation, balancing regulatory obligations, customer needs, business objectives and platform sustainability when making product decisions.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to work credibly with tax specialists, engineers and product teams.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil complex information into clear requirements, decisions and narratives.Experience using AI tools to improve product management effectiveness, including customer research, insight generation, discovery, prioritisation, analysis and decision support.Experience working within tax, compliance, accounting or regulatory technology domains.Professional qualifications or background in tax, accounting, finance, audit, law or a related discipline.Experience with VAT reporting, statutory reporting, sales tax reporting, tax filing solutions or financial compliance workflows.Hands-on familiarity with European tax compliance frameworks, VAT in the Digital Age, DAC or country-by-country tax and reporting reforms.Experience delivering platform products, APIs or shared services consumed by multiple product teams.Spanish, French and/or German language skills. Responsibilities: Own the product strategy and roadmap for Regulatory Reporting & Filing services, balancing mandatory regulatory commitments, customer outcomes, colleague needs and long-term platform health.Turn regulatory change into clear product direction by partnering with compliance knowledge teams, tax specialists and in-country experts.Define platform capabilities that support VAT returns, indirect tax reporting, statutory submissions and future compliance obligations.Lead discovery to understand reporting challenges, operational pain points, jobs-to-be-done and opportunities for simplification.Manage competing priorities across multiple countries and reporting obligations, making trade-offs transparent and evidence-based.Partner with engineering, architecture, legal, tax specialists, in-country teams, go-to-market colleagues and consuming product teams to deliver reliable and scalable services.Monitor adoption, service performance and customer outcomes after release, then decide whether to improve, expand, sustain or stop.Use AI as part of day-to-day product management practice to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis, prioritisation, discovery and communication, while personally validating material evidence and conclusions.
