Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Strong knowledge of healthcare environments gained through professional experience.Experience from a clinical background, NHS operational experience, Digital Health or HealthTech, healthcare software, or healthcare product, implementation, or transformation roles.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to understand complex requirements and explain them clearly.Confidence working with both technical and non-technical people.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Interest in improving healthcare through technology.Ability to manage competing priorities and make sensible decisions.Previous formal product management experience would be advantageous, but is not necessarily essential.Ability to identify user problems, ask good questions, understand workflows, translate requirements, challenge assumptions, and work effectively with technology teams.Experience with software development processes, product ownership, software testing, implementation, or digital transformation would be relevant. Responsibilities: Gather requirements from healthcare users and stakeholders.Understand operational and clinical challenges and translate them into clear product requirements.Help prioritise improvements and new functionality.Work closely with software development teams throughout the development lifecycle.Support testing and validation of new functionality.Review new features from an end-user and healthcare perspective.Contribute to product planning and future development priorities.Support customer discussions around product improvements.Help ensure solutions are practical, intuitive and appropriate for healthcare environments.Communicate requirements, priorities and progress clearly across technical and non-technical teams.Act as a credible healthcare voice within the wider product function. We are an established UK healthcare technology business working in partnership with Stone Tide Recruitment to appoint a Clinical Product Manager to help shape and develop software used across healthcare organisations. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexible working arrangements considered and a salary of £70,000 - £90,000 DOE. We offer the opportunity to influence the development of technology used in healthcare, gain exposure to product development, customer requirements, software delivery and digital healthcare, and work closely with experienced technical and commercial teams.
