We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our team supporting one of our largest enterprise clients. This is a hands-on technical role for a senior engineer with strong Oracle and containerisation experience who enjoys coaching and guiding junior staff. We work on critical IT infrastructure projects and support secure, high-availability environments. The role offers a balance of technical depth, project delivery, and tech leadership in a supportive and collaborative environment. Working hours are standard (8-4 or 9-5), with on-site presence required five days per week, though flexibility may be possible for the right candidate. We also offer an on-call/standby rota every 3-4 weeks with additional payment. Benefits include company pension, free parking, on-site parking, private medical insurance, and a referral programme. The pay range is £40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year, and the role is based in person.
