Salary: £54,000 - 86,000 per year

Requirements: Degree in Software Engineering is nice to have.Previous experience working as a DevOps Manager, DevOps Lead or Lead Engineer, with experience managing and developing technical teams.Strong experience with GitHub and CI/CD, with a good understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery and automated testing.A good technical understanding of scripting and configuration, ideally including Bash, Python and YAML, together with experience of cloud technologies.Experience working within Agile environments, supporting developers and teams to improve the way they build, test and release software.A degree-level qualification in Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of four DevOps Engineers, including an offshore team, providing direction, support and oversight of technical decisions and activities.Take technical ownership for the design and ongoing development of our DevOps and CI/CD environment, ensuring it is scalable, secure and supports efficient software delivery.Coordinate releases across multiple teams and technologies, supporting the Agile Release Train and ensuring changes are appropriately approved before being released into production.Work closely with developers, test managers, IT Operations and project teams, providing support on GitHub, deployment processes and DevOps-related queries.Help us continuously improve our release processes, governance, automation and deployment standards across platforms including MuleSoft and Salesforce.
