Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience delivering training, coaching or systems support within a professional environmentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDriveConfidence presenting to groups and supporting individualsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisation and time-management skillsThe ability to adapt training for different audiences and levels of technical confidenceA patient, practical and learner-focused approachThe confidence to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience in any of the following would be particularly advantageous: legal IT or law firm systems, legal case management systems, document management systems, time recording or legal billing software, creating e-learning, instructional videos or digital training content, working within a law firm or professional services organisation Responsibilities: Deliver practical and engaging systems training to colleagues across the firm, including partners, fee earners and business support teamsDeliver classroom, desk-side, one-to-one and virtual systems trainingRun IT and systems induction training for new startersProvide follow-up training and targeted support to individuals and teamsHelp colleagues resolve day-to-day systems queriesCreate clear training guides, videos and e-learning materialsKeep training content updated as technology and systems developWork closely with departmental heads to identify training needsSupport the successful adoption of new systems and technologyMaintain training records and report on engagement and outcomesPromote best practice in the use of systems across the firm Technologies: SupportMicrosoft 365SharePointOffice 365 More:
