Salary: £77,000 - 89,000 per year
Requirements: Current and active SC Clearance.Strong commercial experience as a Senior/Full Stack Developer.Strong Python and Java development experience.Strong hands-on AWS experience.Experience with REST APIs and microservices.JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Angular, or similar.Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.Docker/containerisation experience.Experience working within Agile delivery teams.Previous UK Government/Public Sector experience.GDS experience.Terraform/CloudFormation experience.Kubernetes experience.Experience with serverless or event-driven AWS architecture.Experience working within secure or regulated environments. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services.Develop backend services and APIs using Python and Java.Build and deploy solutions within AWS cloud environments.Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.Produce clean, secure, and well-tested code.Support CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes.Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Architecture, and Delivery teams.Contribute to technical design, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.Troubleshoot technical issues across applications and integrations.Ensure solutions meet security and public sector engineering standards. We are offering an initial 3-month FTC for an SC Cleared Senior Full Stack Developer to join a public sector project. You will be working remotely across the UK within an established delivery team, designing and developing secure, scalable applications and services. The role is focused on hands-on delivery across the full development lifecycle, with strong involvement in Python, Java, AWS, and collaborative work across DevOps, Cloud, Architecture, and Delivery teams.
