Mitigation Laborer Part-Time | In-Person West Palm Beach and Surrounding Areas $16.00 - $18.00 per Hour Join Our Growing West Palm Beach Team Entrusted is hiring a part-time, Mitigation Laborer (internally called Mitigation Technician ) for our West Palm Beach branch and surrounding areas - Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale. Responsibilities Assess and communicate a plan to restore water, fire, or mold damaged homes Remove damaged materials and set up mitigation equipment Perform demolition and clean up completed jobs Wear required PPE Other duties may be assigned Qualifications Strong work ethic and integrity Coachable, service-minded team player Comfortable with physical labor What We Offer $16 – $18/hour Part-time schedule (20–30 hours/week) — ideal alongside school or other commitments Hands-on training and tools provided Opportunity for merit raises and a path to full-time 401k Eligible Our Culture We started 20 years ago as a small carpet cleaning company in South Florida.
