We are looking for a Technical Instructor & Academy Manager to join our Service Department and play a key role in developing technical competencies across our organization, among our customers, and within our global partner network. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with strong communication and teaching skills to create impactful learning experiences. You will empower employees, customers, and external partners with the knowledge and confidence they need to work successfully with our solutions and machines. Whether your background is in technical education, technical service, marine engineering, mechanical systems, or customer training, what matters most is your ability to translate complex technical knowledge into practical, engaging learning. Your key responsibilities As our Technical Instructor & Academy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programmes while continuously strengthening our learning framework. Your tasks will include: Developing and maintaining training materials and educational content. Creating structured training programmes. Planning and conducting training sessions for employees, customers, and external partners. Translating technical knowledge into engaging and understandable learning experiences. Supporting the development of learning methodologies, training concepts, and educational structures. Collaborating closely with service technicians and technical specialists across the organization. Preparing training documentation and certificates for completed programmes. Contributing to the continuous development of our technical academy and competence development initiatives. Who are you? You thrive on sharing knowledge and helping others grow. You take charge in front of a group, drive the learning process, and adjust your communication effortlessly to match the audience. You’re genuinely curious about technology and you like to get close to the machinery — understanding how it works not just in theory, but in real-world operation. We imagine that you: Have experience within technical training, education, or instruction, preferably from a technical or engineering environment. Alternatively have extensive experience working directly with customers and communicating technical solutions. Possess a strong technical understanding, particularly within mechanical systems. Thrive in hands-on environments and enjoy troubleshooting, testing, and working closely with machinery. Communicate fluently in both Danish and English, both verbally and in writing. Have a structured approach and a high level of personal drive. Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities. Have an interest in learning processes, didactics, and people development.
