We are specifically looking for someone who is motivated to work with with Business Process Management (BPM) and who is passionate about driving organizational efficiency through well-defined and governed processes. We build a green future together with someone who can: Develop and maintain the company's process model and process documentation Facilitate the development and continuous improvement of cross-functional business processes Implement and support the Process Management System Drive and process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives Plan and deliver Business Process Management (BPM) training and awareness activities Establish and facilitate a BPM community across the organization Ensure alignment between business processes and applicable legal, ISO, and APQP4Wind requirements Lead and manage comprehensive QMS Audits, including leading internal audits, driving external/third-party certification audits, and hosting customer audits Support the maintenance and continuous development of the APQP4Wind standard and related process requirements As part of the team, we imagine that you: Have a relevant educational background and at least 3 years of experience within Business Process Management, Quality Management, or a related field Demonstrate strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and APQP4Wind standards and methodologies Have experience with process mapping, process improvement, root cause analysis, and quality management Possess hands-on experience with audits, Process Management Systems, and Document Management Systems.
