We invest in your growth and offer a supportive, international environment where people thrive Your Role As a Supply Chain Controller, you will provide critical financial support to operational and strategic decision-making across our international manufacturing network. You will partner closely with the Group Supply Chain leadership team to deliver financial insight, improve cost and cash efficiency, and help drive performance throughout the supply chain. You thrive in complex, international environments and know how to translate numbers into insight to draw conclusions and drive action. You’re analytically sharp, have attention to detail, a clear communicator, and comfortable collaborating across functions and borders. Above all, you are a “get up and go” self starter with persistence and resilience. Key Responsibilities As a Supply Chain Controller you will: Be a finance business partner to the Group Supply Chain team with a strong focus on cost and cash optimisation. Enabling faster, better, and robust decision making through transparency, integrity and risk assessment. Supporting the identification and implementation of measurable cost and cash improvement initiatives. Lead financial review and analysis of capacity utilisation, S&OP activities and manufacturing footprint optimisation to ensure decision making based on sound financial insight. Production of accurate and timely management reports incorporating review and analysis of variances. Working with stakeholders on areas which require further investigation / attention. Support the Director COO Finance with manufacturing cost reporting and analysis. Experience & Qualifications Experience in finance business partnering and cost control, ideally within a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environment Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to produce clear management reporting and forecasts Confident working with large data sets and BI tools to build dashboards and performance reports Ability to work effectively across functions and within a complex international organisation Clear and compelling communicator who can engage both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and navigate between stakeholders Success in This Role In your first 6–12 months, you will have built strong, trusted relationships with the Business Finance and Supply Chain team and established yourself as a go-to financial partner. You will have elevated the quality of performance reporting and forecasting for Supply Chain, embedded financial insight into S&OP and footprint decision making, and contributed meaningfully to cost and cash improvement initiative tracking.
