This is your chance to: Work with complex industrial equipment designed for hazardous EX environments Collaborate closely with System Architects and Electrical-, Electronics-, Software-, and Mechanical Engineers Drive customer-specific engineering projects , adaptations, and upgrades Support product maintenance, improvements, and lifecycle management Be part of a company that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement What You Will Do You will report to the Hardware Engineering Manager and work in cross-functional teams, closely linked to Project Management, Service, and Production. Your focus will be on turning existing platforms into reliable, well-documented solutions tailored to customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Engineering and documenting mechanical solutions and modifications in SolidWorks Supporting customer projects from technical clarification to implementation and handover Maintaining, performance optimizing and improving existing products, including design updates, cost optimizations, design for manufacturing Performing mechanical calculations, design analysis, and risk assessments for product changes Creating and updating schematic and process diagrams in EPLAN Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, test specifications, and quality records Supporting root-cause analysis and engineering solutions for field issues and feedback from Service What You Bring You are a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys working close to real products and real customers. You take responsibility for mature designs, improvements, and adaptations — and you understand that high-quality documentation and structured processes are essential. We are looking for someone who: Has a solid mechanical engineering background with experience in customer-driven projects or product development Is comfortable working with existing product platforms , maintenance, and continuous improvements Understands relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ATEX, PED — an advantage) Works in a structured, quality-focused manner and values documentation Communicates fluently in Danish and English , both written and spoken Is hands-on, collaborative, and able to balance technical detail with practical solutions Ready to Join Us?
