Location: Denmark (Copenhagen) Language: English Main purpose of the position: The Senior Category Manager for Tools and Chemicals will continue to drive the global Cleaning category agenda, with a strong focus on supplier compliance, commercial discipline and execution across ISS countries. The role will support the implementation contracts supporting our strategy, convert non-compliant spend into global preferred agreements and strengthen supplier-led productivity, innovation and value creation. The position will also play an important role in expanding the category agenda into Life Science and supporting the GSCP and Pure Space Life Science priorities. What you’ll do: Drive supplier compliance across ISS countries and ensure adoption of global preferred supplier agreements. Convert non-compliant cleaning spend into contracted global solutions and maximise rebate opportunities. Develop and execute country-level business cases in collaboration with local procurement and operations teams. Support implementation of new contracts and related supplier performance, productivity and innovation initiatives. Provide spend analysis, benchmarking and performance tracking across the Cleaning category portfolio. Contribute to assortment simplification, compliance overviews and ad-hoc commercial analysis across Group Cleaning. Who you’ll work with: You will work closely with ISS countries, local procurement and operations teams, Group Supply Chain & Procurement, senior stakeholders, strategic suppliers such as Ecolab, and colleagues supporting the Life Science, GSCP and Group Cleaning portfolio. Key qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, category management, commercial analysis or a similar role. Strong experience working in a multi-country environment and engaging with both local and global stakeholders. Proven ability to build fact-based business cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders. Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills; experience with Sievo or Power BI is preferred. Solid understanding of supplier performance management, compliance tracking and procurement excellence. Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage. Personal skills you excel: Structured, self-driven and able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel. Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions, countries and seniority levels. Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable turning data into clear recommendations and actions. Collaborative and pragmatic, with a strong focus on execution, compliance and value creation.
