Key responsibilities include: Supporting projects: Deliver impactful changes in processes, data, and systems for the life science industry, focusing on R&D and clinical operations Business process optimization: Redesign validation and quality processes to enhance efficiency Stakeholder management: Lead project planning and ensure the delivery of compliance documentation for processes and systems in collaboration with other consultants and client representatives Driving project progress: Oversee quality and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables **Your Qualifications **We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications: A master’s degree in business administration, IT, life sciences, or a related field 5 years of experience as a Validation Lead for GxP systems within regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for making an impact Experience with agile delivery methods is an advantage Using Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC, etc.) or medical devices is an advantage Certifications in Life Science R&D platforms are an advantage ****What We Offer ****At Devote Consulting, we offer a position where you can take ownership, influence key outcomes, and make a meaningful impact in your everyday work.
