To support our continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced and proactive Supplier Manager to join our Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong supplier partnerships, drive operational excellence, and ensure a robust, compliant, and scalable supply base that supports our ambitious growth plans. The role reports directly to the VP of Operations . Qufora HQ is located north of Copenhagen in Allerød. We are currently around 60 people in Headquarters, and we work with our 5 subsidiaries and 16 distributors across the globe. Drive supplier excellence and operational resilience by Building and developing strategic supplier relationships that ensure quality, delivery performance, cost efficiency, and compliance. Leading supplier qualification, performance management, and governance processes in close collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain. Driving supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen performance and scalability. Identifying and mitigating supplier-related risks, including capacity constraints, supply continuity challenges, and single-source dependencies. Acting as the primary operational interface to strategic suppliers while supporting business growth and regulatory compliance. We believe the right candidate has the following experience and qualifications A degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 5–8 years of experience within supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or operations, preferably in a regulated industry. Experience with supplier qualification, supplier performance management, and supplier development. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, combined with a structured and analytical mindset. Knowledge of FDA and/or ISO 13485 supplier requirements and experience working in cross-functional, international environments.
