Then you might be our new Shop Manager for Matinique at Salling Rødovre. THE ROLE Manage the day-to-day operations of the Matinique shop at Salling Rødovre Take responsibility for achieving the agreed sales targets Participate in buying for the shop Work closely with the Matinique Shop Managers at Salling Aarhus and Aalborg Ensure strong and dynamic collaboration with the Salling team in Rødovre Collaborate with Matinique HQ and the Danish Sales Team It is important that you are service-minded, flexible and highly motivated by sales and shop operations. QUALIFICATIONS Previous retail sales experience Experience within the fashion industry is an advantage A strong interest in fashion An outgoing personality and a passion for interacting with people Strong communication skills A structured approach and a strong drive to achieve sales results The ability to learn quickly and a strong work ethic THE TEAM You will become part of a dynamic team and a fast-growing brand with an informal working environment and a strong focus on teamwork.
