About this role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Restaurant Chef/Managers who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment. You must be able to maintain quality, consistency and speed during busy service while working toward clearly defined operational and financial KPIs. The role requires you to: Perform confidently under pressure and during high-volume service Consistently deliver food according to our recipes, standards and presentation requirements Meet agreed KPIs for food cost, waste, productivity and kitchen performance Control portions and minimize unnecessary waste Work efficiently within staffing and labor targets Take responsibility for your own performance and contribute to the overall results of the restaurant Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization and food safety Work closely with management to identify problems and improve results We are looking for someone who understands that running a successful kitchen is about both great food and great numbers . We have mutliple locations and will be looking for several Restaurant Chefs and managers so dont hold back!
