In English: About Lomac A/S Lomac A/S is a Danish manufacturing company specializing in steel constructions, working within areas such as marine, offshore, construction, and wind turbines. We currently have 50–60 employees, and due to a strong order intake and exciting customer projects, we need more skilled welders for our production. A working environment with experienced and dedicated colleagues Opportunities for professional and personal development Job content MIG/MAG welding of steel constructions for marine, offshore, construction, and wind turbine projects, among others Reading technical drawings and working according to work instructions Quality control of your own work Collaborating with other production staff to meet delivery deadlines We expect that you Are a qualified welder or have documented experience as a welder Hold a valid welding certificate 136/138 H-LO45 D168, or equivalent documented qualification Are reliable, punctual, and take a professional approach to the work Can work independently and as part of a team Are quality-conscious and detail-oriented Requirements for applicants Are a citizen of an EU/EEA country, or already hold a valid Danish work permit Can communicate in English and/or German Are willing to work in Denmark for set periods at a time (rotation scheme – see Terms of Employment below) Terms of employment Number of positions: 10–15 Start date: As soon as possible Employment type: Permanent position Working model: Rotation scheme – employees work a set period in Denmark, followed by a period at home, before returning to Denmark. The preferred rotation is 4 weeks of work followed by 2 weeks off. Travel to and from Denmark is at the employee’s own expense. Working hours: 6–7 days a week x 10.5 hours – day and night shifts Hourly pay: DKK 180/200 (approximately EUR 24/27) per hour Overtime: We follow the current overtime pay rules of the Confederation of Danish Industry Employee benefits: Housing and work clothing is provided Collective agreement: Employment conditions are based on the applicable Collective agreement with the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI).
