Job duties and responsibilities cleaning, grinding, shot-blasting, or acid-etch concrete floors; repairing cracks, holes, and uneven spots using specialized patching compounds; measuring and mixing epoxy resins, hardeners, polyaspartic, or urethane coatings following manufacturer ratios; applying primers, base coats, decorative flakes, metallic accents, and topcoats using rollers, trowels, squeegees, or sprayers. Job requirements Minimum 2-3 years of documented relevant experience. Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow strict regulations to prevent accidents. English skills: medium level required! Qualifications Driver's license required: B or BE recommended. Salary and benefits Hourly gross salary: starting from 210,- kr./ hour.
