CHEF WANTED FOR RESTAURANT BAVETTE About Bavette and Waldorfgroup Bavette is part of Waldorf Group, which is behind several restaurants and concepts in Copenhagen, such as Boullion, Fattys, Mio, where we focus on quality and the guest experience. At Bavette our menu brings together a selection of classic French-inspired dishes and a focus on simple, well-executed cooking. At the heart of the menu is our signature bavette steak, served with crispy fries and our secret sauce. The concept is simple – and that’s exactly the strength. We’re inspired by Parisian bistros, where the atmosphere is relaxed, the quality is high, and the food speaks for itself. It’s all about craftsmanship, consistency, and pace – delivering a great guest experience every time. The Position We are looking for a full-time chef to join a dedicated team in a kitchen with high energy and clear standards. You’ll be working in a focused setup where precision and timing are key – and where repetition is essential to maintaining quality.
