Compliance Assistant ( m/f) **Start or develop your career in SCM Compliance ****We are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our Supply Chain Management Compliance team. You will work in an international SCM organization with colleagues based in Søborg, Denmark, and Szczecin, Poland. ****The position provides an opportunity to develop practical experience within compliance, supplier complaint handling, change control and QMS documentation. Working within established procedures and with support from experienced colleagues, you will help ensure that supplier-related compliance activities and procurement information are accurately documented and maintained. **Every 2nd second, Ferrosan Medical Devices’ products help surgeons and nurses control bleedings and avoid complications in surgical procedures. And we need you on our team! **Compliance Assistant ****Your role: ** Own and coordinate supplier-related Failure Reports (FR) and Non-Conformities (NC) within an assigned scope. Follow up on information and documentation from suppliers and internal stakeholders. Escalate complex cases, risks and decisions to the relevant Compliance Associate or Compliance Partner. Own and complete assigned Change Request tasks and provide documented status to the CR owner. U pdate and maintain procurement information, including P-info. Maintain approved SCM documents and associated records in Q-DOK. Support structured and compliant handling of supplier-related information **Qualifications **You are studying or have a relevant vocational, administrative or academic education, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience from a regulated industry or a Medical Device environment is desirable but not required. You may be at the beginning of your career or bringing experience from administration, procurement, supply chain, quality documentation or another structured operational area. Most importantly, you are interested in learning how compliance and quality processes support SCM and supplier management. **About you: ** Structured and attentive to detail. Comfortable working with documentation, data and defined procedures. Reliable in following up on actions and deadlines. Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and external stakeholders. Willing to learn and take on increasing responsibility. Able to recognise when an issue requires guidance or escalation.
