• Prepare and cook high-quality menu items according to recipes and standards • Operate grill, sauté, fry, broil, and prep stations • Assist with daily meal preparation under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards • Stock and organize workstations • Complete opening and closing kitchen procedures • Deliver exceptional service to our residents and guests • Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture Qualifications
