Job Description: SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES The Senior Vice President of Sales will serve as the company's senior commercial leader and architect of its growth strategy. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the SVP of Sales will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's national sales strategy, accelerating revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a world-class commercial organization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role owns sales performance across all field and strategic sales channels. The SVP will lead field sales, strategic sales, sales support, and enablement, while standing up a Revenue Operations organization spanning forecasting, pipeline discipline, territory and quota design, sales compensation, sales systems, and performance reporting. This is a build role as much as a leadership role. The ideal candidate is a transformational sales executive with a proven ability to scale multi-channel organizations, develop leaders, and deliver exceptional business results in high-growth environments. Lead National Revenue Performance - Maintain accountability for overall sales results across field and strategic sales, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline development, win rates, profitability, and growth objectives. Build the Revenue Operations Organization - Design and stand up a Revenue Operations function covering forecasting and pipeline management, territory and quota design, sales compensation, CRM and sales technology, and performance analytics, creating a single source of truth for commercial performance. Build Sales Support, Enablement, and Training - Establish the onboarding, training, certification, and enablement infrastructure that shortens ramp time and raises seller productivity, including the tools, content, and playbooks the field runs on. Build and Scale the Sales Organization - Design organizational structures, leadership capabilities, and performance frameworks that support continued growth and scalability. Lead the Commercial Leadership Team - Set the operating cadence, performance standards, and accountability model across field sales, strategic sales, sales support, enablement, and revenue operations. Evaluate New Growth Opportunities - Identify expansion opportunities including new markets, strategic partnerships, vertical industries, and acquisitions. Partner with Executive Leadership - Collaborate with the COO and executive leadership team to establish business priorities, investment strategies, and long-term growth initiatives. Strengthen Enterprise Customer Relationships - Develop relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry leaders to support business growth and retention. Drive Commercial Excellence - Champion sales methodologies, performance metrics, sales enablement, and technology investments that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop Future Leaders - Create leadership development and succession planning strategies that ensure a strong pipeline of future sales leaders. Represent ECAM Externally - Serve as a senior ambassador for ECAM within the industry through customer engagement, conferences, and professional associations.

Your Qualifications • Authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred • 15+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience • 10+ years leading multi-regional or national sales organizations • Demonstrated success leading leaders and executive-level sales organizations • Experience owning multiple sales channels, including both field and strategic or enterprise sales motions • Experience building or scaling a Revenue Operations function, including forecasting, territory and quota design, sales compensation, and CRM or sales technology • Experience building sales support, enablement, onboarding, and training programs at scale • Proven history of delivering significant revenue growth and market expansion • Experience in construction, physical security, technology solutions, or related industries preferred • Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and strategic planning experience • Executive leadership experience partnering with senior leadership and board stakeholders Your skills and competencies • Ability to lead large, multi-channel sales organizations through growth, transformation, and scale. • Ability to convert long-term business objectives into actionable growth strategies. • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence customers, partners, and senior stakeholders. • Expertise in forecasting, profitability management, resource allocation, and investment planning. • Experience building scalable organizations, revenue operations infrastructure, leadership pipelines, and high-performance cultures. • Strong focus on customer outcomes, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation. • Demonstrated success leading organizations through expansion, transformation, and rapid growth.
