Job Description: We are undertaking a transformation to modernize our applications and integrate Digital, AI, and Analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal business partners to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable business value. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate within a team environment as well as work independently. You will be responsible for contributing to multiple projects simultaneously, meeting key milestones and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and documenting manufacturing operations and business processes, designing effective solutions, and partnering with development teams to bring those solutions to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. May be responsible for completion of a phase of a project. Regularly provides guidance and training to less-experienced analysts/programmers. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or related discipline or work • Work Experience: 5–10+ years in application support, software implementation, and troubleshooting. • Skills o Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL Server, DB2, VSAM, IMS and relational database concepts. o Programming: Proficient in COBOL, JCL, and TSO/ISPF o Environment: Knowledgeable of IBM z/OS architecture and utilities o Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for root-cause analysis o Communication: Clear written and verbal communication to bridge business needs with legacy technical limitations
