Shift Manager MAXWELL (Express w/ Gas)
Job Description: Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods.
Job Qualifications: One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: SHIFT TIME FRAME RANGES FROM 6 AM TO 830 PM.IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL, A QUICK LEARNER, POSSESS GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND HAS PRIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.THIS IS A MODERATE-FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT WORKING IN HOT AND COLD TEMPERATURES WITH EXTENDED PERIODS OF STANDING. PRIOR SPVR/MGMT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, COMPUTER LITERACY AND CASH HANDLING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Major Duties: Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
