Business Analyst II
Job Description: The associate will develop expertise in their assigned program. They will work under slight to moderate supervision. This associate will extract data under their own volition and under direction of supervisors. They will provide analysis of this data. They will work extensively with stores, vendors, and HQ staff.
Job Qualifications: Four years of experience in making analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs and interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work. Or Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in making analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs and interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.

Degree (one of):
• BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred Major/Minor (one of):
• BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred • BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas) • Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):
Vendor/supplier onboarding execution, Item setup and product-data literacy, working knowledge of system touchpoints • MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Required
Major Duties: Analyzes business conditions and assists in the development of business policies. Performs analysis of data, graphs, reports and charts. Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed. Performs other duties as assigned.
