Job Description: GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Surveillance Security Officer! Ready to suit up as an ecurity Shift Supervisor? What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail. As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc. What’s in it for you: Must have experience as a supervisor in security at the level of Shift Lead or higher.

• Site Location: Las Vegas, NV • Schedule: 40-hour work week. Work days to be discussed during the interview. Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

• Integrate GardaWorld's core values into all business practices. • You will supervise day-to-day security services, ensuring the highest standards are met. • Assist in developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and reports. • Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders. • Build and sustain effective relationships with clients and employees, serving as the liaison between GardaWorld and our clients. • Aid in the selection, orientation, training, and development of staff. • Promote a zero-incident safety culture and manage robust safety programs. • Regularly review security officer schedules to enhance operations and reduce costs. • Respond to operational emergencies with timely communication and accurate reporting. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients. • Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site. • Control access by screening guests, employees, vendors, and others. • Conduct security patrols of the facility by foot, car, or golf cart. • Issue appropriate badges to personnel. • Write detailed reports and enforce client procedures and regulations. • Maintain vehicles and equipment according to procedures. • Obtain CPR/AED certification within one week of offer if not already certified. Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) in hand. • You have strong professional demeanor and reliability. • You have a valid PILB in hand. • You have a valid driver's license. • You have strong work ethic! • You are at least 21 years of age • You have a current CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification, or can obtain it within 1 week of an offer. • You have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in security as a Shift Lead or higher. • You are results-oriented with strong organizational skills. • You are authorized to work in the U.S.
