Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience: • Experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud and Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including quote-to-cash, subscription lifecycle, pricing, commerce, configuration, renewals, and integrations. • Experience in Oracle Fusion stack. • Experience in enterprise assessments, solution architecture, and transformation programs. • Experience evaluating business objectives and current-state landscapes to identify transformation opportunities, define future-state architectures, and develop recommendations, business cases, risk assessments, and roadmaps for Oracle CPQ, Subscription Management, and Fusion-based modernizations. • Experience leading discovery workshops and executive stakeholder engagements, producing assessment reports, solution blueprints, and transformation business cases. • Experience designing target-state architectures and transformation strategies, including phased implementation approaches and migration considerations. • Experience leading large greenfield and brownfield Oracle CPQ and Subscription Management implementations. • Understanding of integration architecture, data migration, security, governance, and change management principles.

Preferred Skill and Experience: • Ability to perform the role of an onshore lead and work with offshore teams on assessment, solutioning, and transformation deliverables. • Experience leading multiple transformation assessments involving Oracle CPQ, Subscription Management, or Oracle Fusion Applications. • Experience leading large-scale transformation, modernization, consolidation, and cloud migration initiatives, translating assessment recommendations into implementation programs and delivery engagements. • Experience defining target operating models, governance frameworks, value realization strategies, and transformation roadmaps, while influencing business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and executive leadership. • Experience identifying AI-driven business and operational improvement opportunities across sales, subscription, service, and revenue management processes. • Experience working on projects with Agile methodology and leading cross-functional teams. • Analytical, consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
