Responsible for supervision and training of drivers at the Operating Company (OpCo), ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Assists with monitoring Department of Transportation (DOT) logs, ensuring driver compliance with DOT and company regulations, and coordinating the tracking of driver-related information. Functions as a team member within the department and organization and performs other duties as assigned to support business objectives. Position Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution. • Assist with scheduling and ensure timely completion of deliveries and pickups. • Ride along with drivers for training and evaluation purposes. • Provide day-to-day administration of transportation and delivery functions, including reviewing driver trip logs, expense reports, and compliance documentation. • Ensure drivers comply with DOT regulations and company policies. • Enter and access data using computerized fleet management systems. • Promote safe work practices by monitoring vehicle safety, lifting techniques, seatbelt use, and proper equipment usage. • Coordinate and maintain driver records, including license status, citations, accidents, and other safety-related information. • Ensure accurate completion of delivery and driver documentation, including DOT logs, Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs), accident reporting, invoices, and related paperwork. • Review pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure maintenance of trucks, tractors, and trailers. • Partner with Transportation and Operations leadership to minimize operating expenses and improve route efficiency. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule is 3am start Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturday coverage.

Required Qualifications: -Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). -High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. -2-4 years of transportation or related experience. -Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements. -Experience using computerized fleet management systems. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. -Able to work Monday-Friday | 3:00 AM-12:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications: -Associate degree or 2-year technical degree in Business -Management, Logistics, or a related field. -4-6 years of transportation experience. -Foodservice distribution industry experience. -Supervisory experience.
