Each year, almost 500,000 inpatient and outpatient exams and procedures are performed and interpreted at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Summary of Essential Duties:
Perform a broad range of scans from basic to somewhat complex (abdomen, pelvic, small parts, pediatrics, musculoskeletal) Assist physicians in performing procedures, as well as transport medications from the delivery area to an authorized imaging area Exercise your cultural competency in providing patient education Maintain a safe environment while identifying and reporting any safety concerns
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED required Graduate of an accredited Sonography program required
License/Certifications:
ARDMS OB/GYN or Abdomen certification required BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech required Experience in a hospital setting required Applicants with less than 3 years of experience may be considered as an Ultrasound Tech I
Minimum Salary 49.11 Maximum Salary 78.58
