Location Requirements: This is an on-site role at: 420 E Pilot Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119 and you Must live within 50 miles of the Las Vegas site

Required Experience: What We’re Looking For • 1+ year in a high-volume customer service and/or retention environment, handling complex customer needs. • Demonstrated results delivering strong FCR and CSAT/NPS performance. • Hands-on technical support experience troubleshooting device/hardware, software applications, and network connectivity issues. • Experience using CRM/ticketing systems to document interactions and track issues through resolution.

Key Skills • Customer Communication: Ask thoughtful questions, set clear expectations, and summarize outcomes and next steps. • Ownership & Reliability: Take accountability, follow through, and close loops with customers and internal teams. • Problem Solving : Identify root causes, evaluate options, and choose practical solutions. • Attention to Detail: Produce accurate documentation and spot inconsistencies that impact customer experience. • Customer Value Focused: Confidently present relevant options (e.g., upgrades, plan optimization, value-added services) in a customer-first way. • Integrity: Operate honesty, fairness, and sound business ethics.
