Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant industry experience. Experience managing complex, large-scale project scheduled with multiple interdependencies Strong understanding of program financial measurements including EVMS and knowledge of LM program management processes. Experience in Cost/Schedule Management and Performance Excellence. Demonstrated Business acumen. Demonstrated experience shaping, developing, estimating, delivering and negotiation proposals. Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with customers, users and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations. Active Secret Clearance Desired Skills Cost Account Management, Risk Manager, EVMS and Schedule Risk Assessment experience. Return-To-Green experience on one or more programs Large scale development program experience Working knowledge of Defense acquisition process. Experience in growing programs through introduction of new product and services. Engineering/Technical Background. Proposal leadership experience Subcontract Management Experience Excellent relationship building and team leadership skills Excellent communication skills Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00
