Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will serve as the strategic bridge connecting scientific end-users, R&D, software engineering and commercial teams.If you thrive on translating complex user needs into high-performing software platforms, shaping technical roadmaps and seeing high-tech B2B products solve real-world global challenges, this is your opportunity to lead innovation at the intersection of tech, AI and plant science.What you’ll do<ul><li>Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Formulate and execute multi-year product roadmaps, combining market research, user data and customer feedback into high-impact software and hardware initiatives.</li><li>Solution Definition & Agile Execution: Work side-by-side with R&D, Software/Hardware Engineering and UX/UI teams to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements, technical specifications and user stories.</li><li>Go-To-Market & Commercial Strategy: Drive product positioning, define pricing models and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales on launch strategies, product demos and annual Product Days.</li><li>Strategic Customer Engagement: Partner directly with key global accounts, researchers and scientific leaders to pilot, validate and co-develop next-generation products in real-world environments.</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion the voice of the customer internally, establishing clear KPIs for product releases and driving continuous improvement across Engineering, Sales and Application teams. </li></ul> Your profile Who we’re looking for As an "orchestrator" of technology and user value, you love turning deep technical complexity into sleek, intuitive product experiences. You thrive in fast-paced B2B or scientific environments, possess an entrepreneurial mindset and know how to unite cross-functional teams around a shared product vision. You also bring:<ul><li>Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience in B2B tech). A background in Plant Science, Biotechnology or an MBA is a great plus!</li><li>Proven Track Record: 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with proven success delivering complex B2B software (and ideally integrated hardware) products to market.</li><li>Technical Mastery: Thorough knowledge of modern Agile/Scrum frameworks, with a strong grasp of software architecture and development lifecycles (experience with IoT, image analysis, computer vision or scientific instrumentation is an advantage).</li><li>Communication & Mobility: Exceptional English communication skills, with the confidence to present to executives and scientific leaders, combined with full flexibility for occasional international travel (~10%). </li></ul> Why choose us?
