As a Global Hotel Operations Specialist, you'll sit at the core of our 24/7 international service team, managing hotel accommodation bookings for airline crews and clients across the world. You'll work directly with hotel suppliers and PMS/booking systems to secure availability, resolve allotment and rate issues, and keep crew accommodation running without disruption in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.<br><br>If you're someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving supplier and booking problems, and brings a can-do mentality to every shift, we'd love to meet you.<br><br><br></p> Your profile <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage hotel bookings, room allotments, and rate/availability across a global hotel network.</p></li><li><p>Liaise directly with hotel suppliers to resolve availability conflicts, rate discrepancies, and last-minute changes.</p></li><li><p>Monitor cut-off dates, no-show/cancellation policies, and contract terms to avoid service or cost exposure.</p></li><li><p>Support crew accommodation logistics, including duty-of-care requirements (rest periods, curfews, proximity to airport/duty).</p></li><li><p>Perform quality checks on booking details and hotel data accuracy in our systems.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with clients and hotel partners in a professional, empathetic manner across multiple channels.</p></li><li><p>Identify recurring supplier or booking issues and propose process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with international teammates and internal teams (Client Services, Hotel Management) in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Fluent English speaker</strong>; additional languages are a plus.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in hotel operations, reservations, or hospitality (e.g. front office, revenue/reservations, or a hotel-facing role at a travel/DMC/OTA) is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with hotel PMS, channel manager, or GDS/OTA booking systems is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of hotel industry terms and mechanics (allotments, rate parity, cut-off dates, no-show policy) is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for supplier negotiation and issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with rotating shifts (<strong>including weekends</strong>).</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working) — hospitality/hotel management background is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Team spirit and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.</p></li></ul> Why us? <strong>Besides an exciting and dynamic job, we provide you with the following:</strong><br><ul><li><p>Gross monthly salary of €2,800 - €3,360 based on 36 hours/week.</p></li><li><p>7-month contract with base salary increase upon extension.</p></li><li><p>NS Business Card or travel allowance.</p></li><li><p>25 vacation days (full-time basis).</p></li><li><p>8% vacation allowance (paid in April).</p></li></ul><strong>Furthermore, we provide you with other benefits:</strong><br><ul><li><p>Discounted warm Muscle Meals.</p></li><li><p>2 free cab rides per year from Get-E.</p></li><li><p>Biannual company parties.</p></li><li><p>Fresh fruit and fair-trade coffee with freshly roasted beans.</p></li><li><p>Friday afternoon “borrel” to wrap up the week.</p></li><li><p>Access to our in-house gym </p></li></ul><strong>Ready to build your future with Get-e?</strong><br>Apply now and join a fast-growing, global team that values hard work, flexibility, and ambition.
