We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Trainee (f/m/d) to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term trainee program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple operational functions, including manufacturing, production, logistics, and supply chain. You will rotate across different departments (three months each department), contributing to real projects while building a strong foundation in operational excellence. Your roadmap to make an impact Support daily operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics functions Assist with production planning, process optimization, and quality improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and industrial operations Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Support cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency and process improvement Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of new processes Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects from planning through execution
