Role Overview As a Technical Architect, you will provide expert-level technical leadership for sophisticated Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. You'll lead solution architecture design, guide delivery teams, partner closely with Sales on scoping and estimation, and mentor consultants across the practice. What You’ll Do Be a recognized expert in AEM software-based solutions and technologies Deliver effective consulting services and lead ambassadorship in client relationships Provide technical leadership in sophisticated AEM-centric digital marketing solutions; lead solution architecture design and mentor teams Be a sought-out partner by Sales, collaborating to define initial architectural approaches and identify challenges and solutions Drive continuous improvement of delivery methodology and planning guidance; partner with Sales on accurate scoping and cost estimates Mentor others on the team, from new-hire onboarding to complex implementation issues Lead the team in identifying, capturing, and distributing knowledge with clients, partners, and colleagues Diagnose a client's technical environment and recommend options for improvement Work across multiple client engagements and internal initiatives concurrently Analyze complex project issues, identify solution options, and facilitate presentation/review with clients
