In your role as a Midday Supervisor Lead, you will supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable lunchtime for all. You will support, guide, and coordinate Midday Supervisors, helping to maintain a consistent approach to behaviour management and safeguarding procedures. You should be caring, hardworking, and open to training, with a genuine love for working with children.
Organisation:
Take charge of supervising pupils in designated areas.Organise midday meals ensuring positive environment for all childrenAssist with daily decisions on pupil use areas, such as during wet lunchtimes.
