About this role

Hours of work: 30hrs per weekWorking pattern: To be discussed at interviewWeeks worked: This is a full year position, including school holidaysThis is a key front-facing role, providing an efficient reception and administrative service that supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the academy.

As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and colleagues, you will play an important role in creating a positive and professional impression of the academy while delivering excellent administrative support.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will:

Provide a professional and friendly reception service to visitors, parents, staff and students.Manage incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and effectively.Undertake a range of administrative duties including filing, data entry, correspondence and maintaining records.Support academy events, meetings and communications as required.Assist with student attendance, admissions and general office processes.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with academy procedures and data protection requirements.Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider administrative and operational functions of the academy.About YouWe are looking for someone who:
