As our Recruitment and People Services Administrator, you will play a key role in attracting and welcoming talented people to our Trust. Working as part of a small, supportive People Team, you will coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy approval through to onboarding, ensuring candidates receive an excellent experience at every stage. You will be responsible for administering essential pre-employment and safeguarding checks, maintaining accurate records and supporting managers across our schools through responding to first line enquiries. Alongside recruitment, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of people services activities, helping to ensure our colleagues receive a proactive, efficient, and professional service.
About you
If are an organised, customer-focused and take pride in delivering an accurate and efficient service that adds value to our customers, we would love to hear from you. Your clear communication skills, and enjoyment of building positive relationships will equip you well for this role. We work in a busy environment, if you enjoy managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail this could be a great role for you.
