Job summary
We are looking to recruit a full time (37.5 hours) Clinical Team Administrator /Receptionist to join the North Durham Early Intervention in Psychosis Team based in Chester Le Street, Durham on a permanent basis.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Main duties of the job
The reception is a dynamic work environment and as a Clinical Team Administrator / Receptionist you will have multiple responsibilities including greeting service users on arrival, managing phone calls, managing records, ordering responsibilities, supporting with post/deliveries responsibilities, as well as utilising electronic systems. You must be calm, reassuring and always treat people with respect, dignity and kindness in this varied environment and display impeccable customer service skills.

BTEC Diploma/Level Level 2 qualification in relevant field OR equivalent experience, OR willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Business and Administration.
Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR OLevel (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). Understanding of confidentiality and how to maintain this. Knowledge of office systems and processes. Knowledge of receiving visitors/telephone callers and taking accurate messages.
