We are looking for a confident Receptionist with a passion for delivering outstanding service. You'll be working 42 hours a week (Covering shift patterns 6am - 2pm and 1pm - 9pm on a rota basis this may include weekend working), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Kenney House.

You'll be working 42 hours a week (Covering shift patterns 6am - 2pm and 1pm - 9pm on a rota basis this may include weekend working) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Kenney House
Cygnet Kenney House is our hospital for women, located in Oldham. The services provide a safe and secure care pathway for women with mental health need and are now open.
We have collaborated with the NHS to develop services to support women from the North West to be treated closer to home. There are three wards at Cygnet Kenney House; Billington Ward, a 12 bed specialist Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Baldock Ward, a 16 bed Acute service and Harben Ward, a 16 bed mental health rehabilitation and recovery service.
Your Day-to-Day...
Provide a professional, welcoming reception experienceGreet visitors & notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrivalEnsure visitors sign in & out, and that patients leaving & returning are recorded appropriatelyAnswer & transfer all incoming calls and take messages where appropriateSort & distribute post, and assist with general office duties as requiredKeep the reception area clean & tidyPromote the safety & security of all site users and ensure all staff comply with security protocols.You are...
An experienced receptionist/administrator used to liaising with customers/clientsOrganised, naturally helpful and a good multi-taskerComputer literate including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalentKnowledgeable of telephone systemsPolite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skillsGCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacyDiligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.Why Cygnet?
