Main duties of the job Join us as a Home Care Assistant in Weymouth and make a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. Help others live with dignity and joy in their own home by sharing a cup of tea, helping with daily routines and personal care, or just being a friendly face. As a Home Carer, you will support people with daily routines, help with shopping and meals, provide companionship, help with medication, and more. You must be kind, compassionate, and have the right attitude to help othersbut no previous experience is needed. A full UK driving license and access to your car are preferred. Flexibility to work alternating weekends is required.

You dont need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest. Youll bring a warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others, strong people skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset is important. A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK is required, as well as flexibility to work alternating weekends. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is preferred.
