Hold a recognised HLTA qualification alongside proven experience as a teaching assistant within a primary school setting.Act as an experienced primary school practitioner who actively enhances and develops the interaction, communication, and educational needs of all pupils.Utilise HLTA expertise and qualifications to confidently cover PPA and release time for teachers across all year groups, including managing short-term and last-minute absence cover with a highly flexible, adaptable attitude.Work as an effective, hard-working team player within the Key Stage team, reporting regularly to class teachers regarding pupil progress, achievements, and any challenges.Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment while consistently promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.Demonstrate a commitment to raising pupil achievement, maintaining consistently high expectations for all learners, and modelling the core values of our school.Possess excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong, positive relationships across the entire school staff team.Bring strong organisational skills, reliable work ethic, and a genuine passion for developing children's learning to the daily routine.
