About this role

West Coventry Academy is seeking to appoint a reliable and organised Reprographics & Media Technician to join our support staff team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to the smooth running of school operations in a busy and rewarding environment.

The Reprographics Technician will be responsible for managing the school’s reprographics service, ensuring high-quality printed and digital materials are produced efficiently to support teaching and learning. In addition, the role will provide administrative support to the main school office, helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the school run smoothly. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, able to manage multiple requests and deadlines, and provide excellent customer service to staff, students and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operation of the academy’s reprographics serviceProducing high-quality printed materials for teaching and learningManaging printing, photocopying, binding and finishing of documentsMaintaining reprographics equipment and liaising with suppliers for servicing and maintenanceProviding general administrative support to the school officeSupporting the preparation and distribution of school communications, letters and documentationWorking collaboratively with the wider administrative team to support the effective running of the school What you'll need to succeed

Experience of working with reprographics or print equipment IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and print softwareHave excellent attention to detailCan manage multiple requests and deadlines in a busy environmentHas strong communication and customer service skillsFlexible and willing to support a range of administrative functions within the school officeWhat you'll get in return
