We are looking for a Teaching Assistant that is a forward thinking, dynamic and a resilient individual. The colleague appointed will be a natural inspirer, with the ability to work collaboratively, deal effectively with behavioural issues and work with colleagues from outside agencies.
The role will involve whole class support as well as support for individuals and small groups of pupils with SEND.
The ideal candidate should:
Actively support the ethos, educational vision, policies and direction of the school
Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
Have experience of working with children with SEND
Be enthusiastic and flexible, using their own initiative
Be creative and able to motivate all children
High standards of English and Maths
The ability to work successfully as part of a team
